This mid year I’ve seen a few deliberately moronic entertaining films, and delighted in them. Adam McKay’s “Telecaster: The Legend of Ron Burgundy” is no exemption. Appears to be that my desire for high idea film has been impacted by the late spring – well not generally. This film composed by McKay and it’s star Will Ferrell is a ridiculous and totally over the top parody. Commend Will Ferrell as the psyche bendingly inept and self assimilated, San Diego reporter, Ron Burgundy. Will Ferrell is virtuoso in playing Ron straight without character scatterings. Ferrell makes an incredible dull sense with his living together canine, Baxter, and the way that his character Ron Burgundy will peruse ANYTHING on the monitor, his fatal defect, well at any rate one of a few, is inestimable.
